We had an unusual service this week when the whole church, and members of the local community, had the chance to experience Messy Church.
This group meets in the Baptist Church lounge every Tuesday morning from 9:30am until noon. Anyone caring for a small child is welcome to pop in for a cup of tea and a chat.

The next Craft Day will be held on Saturday 18th May, but the Craft Group also meets at 7:15pm in the Long Buckby Baptist Church lounge on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
Scrapbookers, card makers, jewellery makers, knitters, crocheters and other crafters are all welcome to bring along their crafts, and work on them together.
Everyone is welcome to come along to “Messy Church” and take part in activities, crafts, games, songs and stories. We finish with a simple, free meal for the children.
Thursday Café is held on the last term time Thursday of each month. Everyone is invited to come along to Long Buckby Baptist Church and join us for a free lunch.
Our weekly lunch club held its annual Christmas dinner for regular attendees of the group, plus some extra guests.
“Messy Church” is an event for families, with crafts, games, songs, stories and food.
